Summary, Etc.Pytox 10 EC a broad spectrum insecticide and Kafil 10 EC a pesticide were evaluated for the control of insect pests in mango. Trees sprayed with Pytox 10 EC at 22.5 cc/19 li water obtained the highest percentage (9.13%) in controlling mango hoppers. Likewise, Pytox EC sprayed at 17.5 cc or 22.5 cc gave the highest fruit set per cluster (1.70) and the greatest number of harvested marketable and nonmarketable fruits. Harvestable fruits with insect punctures and/or worm holes gave 1.5 mortality regardless of the treatment
