Summary, Etc.The study was conducted in Isabela, Tarlac, and Nueva Vizcaya to determine the effectiveness of Ophicephalus striatus (dalag) as predator in controlling reproduction of tilapia. Tilapia nilotica fingerlings with a mean weight ranging from 5 to 35.7 g were stocked in a pond at 10,000/ha. In addition, dalag were also stocked at 200/ha in the same pond. Mean percentage recovery for tilapia varied from 81.13 to 18.4%
