The effect of administering varying dosages of oxytocin at the time of semen deposition in artificial insemination on reproductive performance was studied using 60 dairy cows and helfers which were randomly assigned to four treatment groups. Data were analyzed statistically using a completely randomized design. after the treatment means were compared using the duncan's Multiple Range Test, female cattle in treatment 3 (60 I.U.
