Summary, Etc.Generally, this study aimed to investigate the effects of computer-aided interactive teaching approach on students' conceptual understanding, performance and attitude in mathematics. Specifically, this study tried to a) explore and describe the levels of the control and experimental groups of students' conceptual understanding, performance and attitude in mathematics; b) compare to the control and experimental groups of students' conceptual understanding, performance and attitude in mathematics; c) assess and evaluate the change of the experimental group of students' conceptual understanding, performance in mathematics; and d) evaluate the experimental group of students' views on computer-aided interactive teaching approach. The study employed true-experimental design (randomized pretest-posttest control deign). The participants of the study involved 75 Grade 9 students of MSU Balo-i CHS during the school year 2016-2017. Two researcher-made instruments were used to collect data such as the Conceptual Understanding Test (CUT) and the Mathematics Performance Test (MPT). A modified Attitude Questionnaire was also used to assess students' attitude in mathematics. All the quantitative data were analyzed using t-test and tested at 0.05 level of significance. The findings of the study revealed that majority of the students from the experimental group have improved their level of conceptual understanding from less developed to well-developed and developed level while less than half of the students from the control group have improved from less developed to developed level after the intervention; more than half of the students from the experimental group have improved to proficient and advanced level of performance in mathematics after the intervention; majority of the students from both control and experimental groups posted a positive attitude in mathematics before the intervention and slight increase in the number of students in both groups who posted more positive attitude in mathematics after the intervention; there is a significant difference between the control and experimental groups of students' conceptual understanding and performance in mathematics in favor of the experimental group but no significant difference in terms of mathematics attitude was found after the intervention; majority of the students from the experimental group showed a remarkable change in the conceptual understanding and performance in mathematics after the intervention. Furthermore, students were found to learn and understand difficult mathematical concepts easily and become motivated and eager to learn mathematics. Based on the findings of the study, it is recommended that technology such as computers be used as instructional tool in teaching mathematics in the classroom. Additionally, a similar study in the use of computer-aided interactive teaching approach may be conducted in different subjects in a large number of students with a longer-period of time to corroborate the validity of the results of this study
