Physical Description
(S-07);10p
Summary, Etc.
A kilo of ipil-ipil seeds was dried under the heat of the sun. They attained a zero humidity content. The sun-dried Ipil-Ipil seeds was roasted over the heat of fire. The dried seeds were made into a powder with the use of a grinding stone or a mechanical grinder. Although the seeds were powdered to a finest mesh, it was still strained before it was proportionately mixed with water, sugar and milk. The mixture was boiled until cooked. After it was cooed, the mixture was thoroughly stirred either by the use of a manual laddle or an electric mixer with the ice beneath and beside the mixture container. In about ten minutes of stirring, the mixture turned sticky and sticky until a real homemade and commercial ice cream was produced, of which taste is like a chocolate-flavored ice cream
