Summary, Etc.The mineral levels of the soil forage, and serum samples of 23 goats were analyzed in cooperator farms in Magdalena and Lumban, Laguna. In both farms, the forage mineral levels were above the typical concentration for ruminants. Except for P and K which were below the critical levels for ruminants. However, no critical signs of P and K deficiencies were observed. Mineral blocks were given to two groups of goats, one each in Magdalena and Lumban. In most minerals, no significant effects of the mineral block on the serum mineral levels after one or two weeks were observed. Furthermore, the serum mineral levels of the treatment animals were significantly different from the control animals
