Recommendations are on making the Filipiniana materials available for overnight use, instruction on the usage of the facilities, publicity of the extent of collections, inter-library cooperation, and the placement of the photocopying materials farthest from the reading area   The typical user of the Rizal Library is an undergraduate student. There are more male users than females. Sophomore students are the most frequent library users. The highest use for the library is to research for term papers and reports. Reserve and circulation books are the most used library materials. A great number of respondents use the library on a daily basis. Generally, the library users are moderately aware of the extent of the collections except the video recordings collection and the Special Collection of which a large part of the repondents are unaware. Most users check the OPAC when searching for information. Majority of the respondents find the library staff helpful. The rating of most library users on the collection is significantly good. Generally the respondents have few problems on the collection and facilities. The main problem encountered on the service is the unavailability of the materials on the shelves when the computer says they are "on shelf". There are no significant relationships between the variables age, sex, year level, and area of discipline, and frequency of library use but there is a significant relationship between the library user having a scholarship and frequency of library use   This study seeks to provide a profile of the Rizal Library users in terms of their frequency of use, reasons for their use of the library, services and collections they utilize, their awareness of the extent of collection and services, their information-seeking behavior, their evaluation of the staff and collection and problems they encounter on their use of the library.
