Cross-section data were used in the model construction.      The supply of Moluccan sau sawlogs was influenced by investment cost for plantation establishment (INVEST), price of Moluccan sau pulpwood lagged one year (PFPW1), price of Moluccan sau sawlogs lagged one year (PFSW1), price of labor (PLabor), and profit margin (PM).      Meanwhile, the demand for Moluccan sau sawlogs was influenced by plant capacity (CAP), price of Moluccan sau sawlogs (PFL), and price of labor (PLabor). Equilibrium quantity for Moluccan sau sawlogs was 422.058 m3 per year and equilibrium price was Php 2870.50 per cu m.
