High temperapture superconductivity still remains a challenging and unresolved problem of the solid state physics in spite of tremendous theoretical and experimental efforts in these years. Here in this paper, the electronic states in the d-p model, are investigated with the help of the auxillary boson method and the 1/N-exponisms. To investigate the electronic states on the CuO2 plane, the 1D d-p hybridization model was used. The M-1 transition from the viewpoint of the charge fluctuation was also investigated by introducing the charge susceptibility and discuss the transition in terms ofit. Then, characteristics of the charge fluctuation around the transition point are clarified; it is found that the charge susceptibility vanishes on the critical point
