Summary, Etc.The performance of rice variety IR64 to different levels of NPK fertilization was evaluated in the farmers' field of Asin, Tuba, Benguet during the 1987 wet season. The application of 90-30-30 kg NPK/ha gave the highest grain yield (1.29 t/ha) with P4,515 gross return per hectare. However, the fertilizer rate of 60-0-0 kg NPK/ha which obtained 1.09 t/ha yield and a gross return of P3,815/ha was considered the most profitable/economical level giving the highest Marginal Rate of Return (MRR) equivalent to 39.85%
