$aRecord shows that, from 1990-1994, PSTC Laguna transferred/commercialized 22 technologies to 318 adopters. Results confirm that the CTTC program in Laguna failed. It failed because the entire process of transferring and commercializing the technologies was conducted to sell the technologies themselves, not to create a mass-based industry. The process was incomplete while the technology was not properly packaged.
